23mm   AUXILIARY BARREL

The purpose of 23mm Auxiliary Barrel is to make training fires with  the artillery  system. It is non-autonomous artillery cannon and functions normally only if is installed into tank cannon.

Ammonitions BT-U (for auxiliary barrel) are being used for shooting with 23mm auxiliary barrel.  Operations, performed by the measurer during training fires, are almost as realistic as shooting in a real battle, which is a guarantee for maximum educational effect.
